Customer Solutions Director Frankfurt but with German wide travel
The NP Group are partnering an international IT Managed Services organisation who are looking engage a Customer Solutions Director to work with customers and translate their requirements into a managed services/deliverable solution. My client is having major wins through Europe and are looking to bring someone onboard who can work with the Sales, Design, Project, Resource, Engineering and Commercial team.
The CSD will have overall responsibility for the technical and delivery colution ensuring it will integrate indo the wider solution, sign off architecture designs and products will be sold to customers.
You will be required to take the technical lead from initial contact and act as the technical design authority. You will be assisting the sales team with design solutions, proof of concept, operational delivery models and deal negotiation. This role will suit someone who is technically astute in several Enterprise technologies as we are looking for someone who has come from Pre Sales, Consultancy, Solutions Design background.
Role
- Support the sales teams in the design and consultation and presentation to stakeholders and clients
- Understand customer business drivers to influence the solutions outcome
- Solution validation for Pre Sales bids, confirming technical design, technical content
- Support commercial manager and sales to create pricing offerings
- Resource definition
- Oversee solution build, integration, transition and delivery of created customer solution and offering.
Ideally, you will have worked in a consultancy or IT systems integrator, hold Prince 2 and have excellent experience in Hosting, Unified communications, Cloud, Virtualisation, Core Data networking and Managed Services). This role will suit an all round Technical Solutions Consultant who had a depth of experience in several technical areas.
