IT Site Support
Fixed-term contract 50-70%
Assignment length: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Start Date: December 2012 / January 2013

Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
o Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
o Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
o Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
o Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
o Keep IT Department web up to date
o Communications
o Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
o Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
o IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
Specific Qualifications:
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills

Language
- German fluent
- English fluent
FTE: 50 – 70 %, ca. 3 days per week
