Beschreibung
Task:Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level:
- Preparation o f Windows 7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
- Leading the Windows 7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
Support of IT Manager:
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Department web up to date
General IT Supprtt:
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers on site
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
Requirements (Must have):
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Fluent German and English
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
