Als kurze Info vorab:Die expertplace networks group AG ist in den Bereichen Vertrieb für IT Dienstleister, Personalgestellung bei Großkunden und Personalvermittlung im IT Bereich tätig.
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine Projektassistenz (m/w) im PMO mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen (Englisch ist Projektsprache) für einen langfristigen Einsatz in Aachen.
Im Folgenden die Eckdaten:
Start: November 2012
Ende: 31.12.2013
Umfang: 4 Tage/ Woche
Einsatzort: Aachen und Homeoffice
Job Profile:
The Project Management Officer supports the Global Project Manager and the Migration Auditor on project management & governance related task.
This includes basic office tasks but also:
? Prepare, elaborate & update plans
? Request & track results
? Update & support issue, risks & plan tracking
? Design reports & update the project documentation
? Elaborate & document especially workflows & checklists from the input of the roles mentioned before
? Collect approvals
? Prepare and / or hold meetings within BUs and / or the project management team
? Represent the PM here with a scope of action given by the PM whom the PMO is reporting to
? and also act as backup (e.g. holidays / illness)
Qualifikation and Skills:
? Proven and strong experience in planning, tracking and organizing projects
? Basic technical understanding with the ability to keep the focus on tasks, plans and issues and to keep the required technical distance here
? Proven experience to moderate and prepare conference calls
? Proven ability to work in a structured and well documented environment
? Power User skills in MS Access & Excel and advanced Sharepoint skills to implement and operate workflows / lists here
? PRINCE knowledge or certification would be a plus
? Excellent command of English and a good command of German is a must!!
? French and Dutch would be advantageous
