Monitoring Specialist
Project:
- Mainly tasks in event management on basis of BMC products in infrastructure operations department
- Team member within a team of specialists
- Experienced in change, configuration, incident and problem management processes
- Acting as administrator of event management, being responsible for:
- Installation, configuration, migration of monitoring agents and rules
- Bug analysis and fixing
- Supporting the international standardization of business processes
- Maintenance of operations documentation
- Use and optimization of event management business processes
Skill:
- Profound and deep knowledge in BMC Performance Manager prof.
- Profound and deep knowledge in BMC Event Manager prof.
- Patrol Script Language (PSL) prof. and good programming know how in PSL, in operating systems IBM AIX, MS Windows and Linux (SLES) and SQL
- Language skill: German, English
- Team player, strong communication skill
- Self-motivating and responsible work style
- Steady in critical situations and able to keep track
