We are looking for aTeamleader Global IT Shared Services
Skills/ Knowledge’s
• Deliver High Quality IT infrastructure services to the Business Units Monier Braas and corresponding Business Units
• Consult and Support the Business regarding IT infrastructure solutions as well as best practices
• Define, further develop, enhance and implement IT infrastructure shared services
• Drive cross functional integration and leverage synergy effects (efficiency, effectiveness, scaling effects)
• Lead a small team of internal IT Service Manager and actively manage IT Suppliers (External Balanced Scorecard)
• Strong Leadership and Management Skills (minimum 5 years as IT manager)
• Experience in managing international teams (+ 10 people) in multi-cultural environments
• Proven track record within IT infrastructure and services
• Good knowledge regarding IT Strategy, IT Governance, IT Operations and Supplier Management
• Language Skills, Business fluent at minimum in German and English
