GFT is seeking an English and German speaking Cisco CCNA qualified network support engineer to join our client, and internationally solutions provider. Based in the vibrant city of Brno you will join a large team supporting a major international telecommunications provider.The role is a mix of tier 1 & 2 network support: - Identification of issues - Determining required actions - Updating client on status - Ensuring resolution
The role gives the chance for a junior engineer to develop skills, build up knowledge on Cisco switches, and move into 2nd level; fault fixing and handling global clients.
Candidates must have:
- good level of English and German language (able to converse and offer support in both languages)
- CCNA Qualification
- Some experience in Customer support
- Willingness to work shifts, some weekends and nights
- A desire to learn and proved excellent service
- EU and or Czech Republic Work Rights
