Application: SW Project Leader in the automotive sector
Required languages: German (fluent), English (good)
General requirements:
- Senior Expert with years of software development expertise.
- Long-time team leader and/or project management activities
- Certified to GPM/IPMA Level C or higher at least or comparable
- Customer oriented
Tasks:
- Business leadership of the project up to 20 members
- Setting up the time schedule with the other projects
- Resources and budget responsibility in the subproject
- Optimize work flows and dependencies
- Identification of the critical path
- Escalation in case of problems
- Management Reporting
- Risk analysis and stakeholder
- Motivating staff
Location:
On-site activities in Ingolstadt 4 days/week. 1 day on site or in Neutraubling
