We are currently hiring several CORE NETWORK Designers
Join our client on this large IT project and be part of the main drivers to the success of the project and our company.
We are required to support our client with the control of the national implementation of network elements and systems as well as the management of the external partners in this area. In addition we will need to support issues such as network expansion plans and Configuration, Deployment and Configuration Management for issues such as frequency coordination and connection optimization.
- Creation of a detailed design for the cluster-based swap, either for the Ericsson regions or to other Switches regions.
- Technical coordination with the vendor a Professional consultation with experts in the regions
- Technical coordination with engineering
- Development of cluster-based like-for-like swap processes
- Development of a quality concept as the basis for the mass rollout
- implementation of lessons learned from the FSA clusters
- Complete documentation of the above points
Requirements:
- Experience as Concept Designer/Project Manager swap cellular processes, able to perform the listed tasks in the Job description (need to be listed in your CV).
- Coordination experience with multiple parties
- Good knowledge of wireless technologies ( Radio/Core )
- Vast Experience in the Switches and with swapping cellular processes
- Project Management skills with experience with MS Project and good presentation skills.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to successfully translate technical specifications into details designs and working software on projects of varying size and scope.
- Strong process orientation, work ethic and personal discipline
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and development
- Ability to Work under pressure
- Team Player, but also able to work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Academic degree (preferred in Electrical/Communications) or equivalent experience.
