English speaking role, however German language will be a bonus.
Job Purpose:
Development, ownership, and delivery of global Business Migration and Change strategy for the client's global SAP implementation programme
We need 15+ years relevant professional consulting experience 5+ years non-consulting role experience Global/multi-national business change programmes.
This is not a technical role.
Track record of delivering major business change programmes, including Executive Alignment.
Deep knowledge of one or more BCM Change Management projects, Ability to set up Strategic planning, Organisation design skills MSP, Prince2 accreditation (or equivalent) Stakeholder management at Director level.
Development of the Global BMC Strategy, covering the global approach to be rolled out through the regions to each location.
