SAP Output Management Support
MANDATORY: Expert in Output Management Solutions such as
Columbus Central, StreamServe, DOC1Generate, EngageOne, ICOM, printer solutions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 3 - 5 years functional Experience
MUST HAVE: German & English - BOTH fluent
NICE TO HAVE: Strong social skills and intercultural experience from international projects necessary .
The ROLE:
- Product-independent output management solution knowhow
- Experienced in international environment (UK, Hungary, Poland)
- Output management system consists of following components:
Workflow: Columbus Central of Macro4
Document Processing: StreamServe of StreamServe and DOC1Generate of Pitney Bowes - (maybe further solutions in the course of globalization)
Dispatch Optimization: ICOM of ICOM, PCE Script of Pitney Bowes
Interfaces to: SAP, Siebel (or further procurement channels)
Archiving: on basis of Ceyoniq, signation server, email-link-up, fax server, print centres (internal or external), decentralized printers - This complex landscape requires a workflow driven by customer business processes
and a standardized and globally harmonized infrastructure - Not only expert know how in used technology is necessary but also profound
expertise in complex output management solutions
Duration: Initially 6 - 9 months, part time, in total 60 mandays with 20 hours/week capacity, extension option
Project Language: German & English
START DATE: Immediate
