Required skills/experience
- CS customizing (ERP ECC 6.0)
- Experience in a field service environment (mobile solution)
- Maintenance Planning
- Full Service (Contracts)
- Design, Build, Testing, Documentation (SAP CS)
- Second Level User Support
- Analyze of Incidents and system improvements (robustness)
- Training on the job for young business people (First Level user support)
- Small developments optional
- Analytical strength and experience in CS environment of at least 5-10 years
- German and English language
