Beschreibung
We are looking for German Speaking GSM/UMTS Optimisation Engineers for Dresden and Munich to start ASAP for a Swap project. The project is for 2 years but this will be a 3 or 6 month's rolling contract.
Responsibilities include:
*Network KPI acceptance after swap
*Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA networks.
*Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
*Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.
*RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.
*Technical communication and clarification (eg RF parameter workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
*Technical support on RNP&O issues and communication with customers.
Qualifications/Experience required:
*Experience in RF planning and optimization min 5 years.
*Ability to optimize networks to improve the performance by the experience of RF algorithm & parameters.
*Familiarity with drive tests and post processing tools for optimization (eg TEMS, NEMO, ACTIX and Rhode & Schwarz).
*Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
*Fluent in English and German.
