Tätigkeit:Für einen unserer Kunden aus der Luftfahrtbranche im Rhein-Main-Gebiet suchen wir einen erfahrenen Testmanager (w/m) für folgende Aufgaben: Plan Test data requirements together with the teams who do special tests, plan Test flight data segmentation (Flight Data Bible) and agree with the test teams, understand test data requiremements and ensure that the required data are generated as per test teams requirements, create test data by manually setting up flights, booking PNRs and creating tickets, set up and configure automated test data generation, ensure correct setup of test system, monitor test system availability, take corrective actions or ask Amadeus for corrections if required. Requirements: Good understanding of passenger service process from reservation to check-in, AIDA ticketing is not a must but an advantage, strong process analysis skills, good problem solving skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, prioritize work, multi-task and meet scheduled deadlines, good knowledge of MS Office products, strong initiative, proactive and systematic approach to work, ability to work independently and as part of a team, fluent English, both written and spoken, openness and intercultural/social competence.
