Your task is to cover all actions defined through processes in test live cycle and integrate changes made by you and development team members.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Creation of test cases for static and dynamic RF performance verification
- Installation and putting into operation new SW modules on complex HF-test systems spanning from 2G to 4G
- Execution and documentation of intensive tests according to test plans
- Regression tests for release builds:
- Compatibility of current and previous SW version
- Compatibility of current SW version and other projects running in the same platform
- Troubleshooting in HW and SW as well as creation and tracking of test reports
- Support by Application-SW development
- Execution of acceptance tests
- Support of validation tests with accredited test houses
- Planning and organisation of test sequences
- Supervision of more HF test systems, execution of system self tests, troubleshooting and arranging of necessary device repairs
- Guaranty of ISO9000/EN ISI/IEC 17025 conform calibration stands
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
- Rational ClearCase for software configuration & build management
- Bugzilla or ClearQuest for bug tracking
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL
- Very good knowledge of wireless technology
- Experience with test & measurement devices
- Experience in putting into operation of complex Embedded devices
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of HF measurement technique and usage of modern HF measurement devices (spectrum analyser, HF generators, HF components: splitters, filters, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of physical layer of various RATs, primary first LTE/LTE-A and second WCDMA or GSM
- Knowledge of additional protocol layers (L2, L3) of various RATs
- Some C, C++ and C# under MS Visual Studio
