Service manager, change and release management - Contract - Germany - Munich - 6 months
Our client is currently looking for a Service manager within change and release management to work for them on contract basis based in Germany

The Client has recently won a multimillion dollar application managed service.
A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500)
The role -
You will be managing change process and forward schedule of change, liaise with external vendors and local support teams, and running the local change advisory board.
Skills Required:-
Knowledge of ITIL process flow.
ITIL Change & Release Management
Knowledge of IT Applications & Infrastructure
Team work, self-motivated, good people skills
Vendor certification desired
Good project management skills
A proactive and assertive work ethic.
Good all around knowledge of IT.
Good analytic and investigative skills
Ability to prioritise and work calmly in a sometimes volatile environment.
Good understanding of priorities and requirements in difficult incident situations
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience.
German and English speaking is a must
