Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
implementing vCenter Heartbeat, Offload virus scanning, Upgrade from vSphere 4.x to 5.x
3rd Level Incident and problem handling
creating detailed design documentations
work together with international customers and team members
Must-Have Skills:
knowledge of virtual desktops (VMware + Citrix)
min. 10 years of IT engineering and troubleshooting experience
senior Engineering Skills for vSphere 4.x, vSphere 5.x, vCenter
expert VMware Project Skills
professional ability to create projectplans
ability to track Milestones
professional knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint,?)
expert analyzing and Solving of Performance Issues
expert ability to abstract
performing service requests for VMware environment (e.g. backup and restore)
expert performing changes for VMware environment in collaboration with change ownership
performing trouble shooting in case of incidents
expert knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
knowledge in administration of Windows servers
