We are now seeking to recruit for the following position:
BUSINESS ANALYST MANAGER (M/F)
Your role
• Review, validate, prioritise and update all business analyses and schedule release requests
• Develop and publish the IT release policy and projects
• Design requirements through a number of techniques and approaches to ensure all aspects of the business requirements are fully understood, defined and validated with users
• Support project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
• Perform and/or drive functional testing scenarios and control relevancy of developments within functional specifications
• Provide appropriate documentation and training sessions to end users
• Day to day team management
Your profile
• 8-10 years' experience in Business Analysis
• Relevant people management experience
• Pragmatic leader with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of the life assurance industry is an asset
• Fluency in English and any European language would be considered an asset
