For an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a Service Manager Ranging and Planning.
Start: ASAP/Duration: 3-6 months/Location: Bavaria/ProjectID: 1224
As Service Manager Ranging & Planning you will provide the team with your business process knowledge to ensure a good operational level of IT applications with the following main tasks:
Your responsibilities:
- Incident and Service requests Management
- Issues escalations management
- Support releases
- SLA
- Manage support releases for all applications
- Manage support resources, onsite and offshore (team and 3rd parties)
- Ensure initial and continued deployment, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and emergency response for all applications that are part of the service in the scope of the defined business Service Level Agreements
- Meet quality and time targets or service levels to ensure predictability of results
Your profile:
- Educated to at least degree level in a Business-Computing related subject or comparable qualification
- 5-8 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in IT service management
- IT Service Management, SLA for multiple applications
- Problem and incident management
- Good knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with strong analytical and social skills
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- IT knowledge on Oracle, Java, Intranet solutions
- Very good in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge in Incident/ticketing management tool
- German will be a plus
- Self-motivated but team player with good communication skill
