o Implement Firmware changes.
o Track and test incoming Firmware deliveries before distribution to customers
o Help review documentation updates before distribution to customers
o Provide technical guidance to company engineers and potentially also to customers.
Review and dispatch incoming support topics to the relevant team members using the issue tracking software JIRA.
Support team members the with usage of JIRA (if needed). Possibly also basic JIRA administration.
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5+ years experience with Embedded MCU systems very good (> 5 years)
- Experience in Embedded firmware development - Experience with ARM Cortex architectures is a plus
- Experience of technical/application/design support, and a good understanding of analog, digital and circuit design. Laboratory measurement skills is a plus
- Detail oriented, excellent collaboration skills, as individual interacts with executives and/or major customers/employees
