We are seeking a Business Analyst to come in and do the tasks of documenting the requirements for the reports and working on data mapping of the fields for the interfaces therefore experience with interfaces is critical.
Specific requirements:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience.
- Work with business owners on requirements, write user stories.
- Work with developers to designing and test reports and interfaces.
- Oracle HCM Suite experience (R12), specifically around Core HR, Self-Service, Absence Management modules including understanding of the underlying data models.
- Solid English speaker is a must
Experience with multi-national organizations and currencies (multiple business groups and localizations).
- Experience with OUM (or AIM) methodology, particularly hands-on with AN100 (MD050)/DS140 (MD070).
- HR Reports definition experience, especially OBIEE knowledge.
- Interfaces experience (Payroll systems, Benefit providers etc...).
