Post Release Support Engineer with B.Tech/M. Tech/B.E in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Duties of the Support Engineer:
Supporting customer in post-release testing activities
Understanding customer's testing process and adapting them into current testing process
Reporting bugs to home-teams with supporting information
Simple hands-on activities related to hardware and software changes
Coordination with end customer and home-team
Proper networking with home team to get faster turn-around
Essential Skills required:
Past experience with post-release or post-production testing
Hands on experience with electronic hardware and software- should be able to bring up a board with updated/modified hardware and/or software
Knowledge of different debugging techniques and data collection mechanisms
Good Communication and Networking Skills
German language skills are desirable.
