Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

für unseren Kunden in München sind wir ab sofort auf der Suche nach einem Sales Engineer (m/w). Hier ein paar Informationen:

General:
-Manage & Organize customer meetings, phone conferences, F2F,…..
-Visit customer(s) regularly and based on request
-Manage & Organize internal meetings, phone conferences, F2F,….
-Participate customer- and internal meetings
-Issue meeting minutes and reports to (HIAMS) EU and HIAMS Japan
-Daily communication (Sales, Technical, QA, Factory, Logistic in EU & Japan)
-On request issue schedules/presentation
-Handle prototype orders from customer

Job Scope:
-Identify any obstacles/risks related to the project and obtain relevant information
for the creation of proper and timely actions and countermeasure
-strictly follow up of actions with all involved departments until task is finished
coordinate the cooperation of departments at different locations

Customer Contact:
-Good contact- and discussion partner with the customer (working level –team leader).

Technical Support:
-Understand and be able to interpret in general the technical requirements from customer
-Support the acceptance and realization of best solutions for customer & the client

Product Segment:
-High Pressure Fuel System

Typical Knowledge & Skills:
-Good technical- and commercial understanding
-English speaking and writing
-Team player
-Technical background.
-Good in using Excel, PPT, Microsoft Project and other project tools
-Being easy accessable by the customer.
-Certain dominance to achieve goals towards customers and internal Hitachi organisations
-Operate in economical sensible way

Typical Qualifications and Previous Experience:
-Having a technical background; Technician, Dipl. Eng.
-Experience in technical sales

Level of Customer Interface – Internal & External:
-Having daily contact with the customer up to team leader (development, engineering, QA, logistic, purchasing)
