Our client is a leading international mobile communications business currently looking for a Project Coordinator (Coordination of a device trial).

Role Purpose:
The client will launch a new product Car Connect for Usage Based Insurance to market. The route to market includes a period of trials starting in October 2012 with customers planning to launch the product later in 2013. With product processes not being fully automated, the management of external customer trials needs manual administration and on going customer care via phone and email throughout the duration of the trial which is at least until March 2013, likely even until December 2013 depending on customer commitment. A dedicated resource is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and support client sales efforts.

The project seeks to refine a connected car technology and its customer interfaces and make processes work to fulfil customer needs. We need to bring product and processes from pilot to professional.

Tasks:
- Administer customer accounts and fulfilment of devices for pilotees
- Interact with pilotees via phone and email to provision services and for troubleshooting (send them invitation for trial, make sure they receive and understand how to use the device, help download the app, enter the feedback in reporting, follow up )
- Support account pilot manager
- Assist definition and development of (more automated) support processes for 500+ trial, in close co-ordination with CSO
- Build and transfer knowledge within client area

Skills:
- Interested and being able to handle technical systems, though no particular technology expertise needed.
- Mediating between customer problems and technical experts.
- Being able to adapt to fast changing environment as the product develops.
- English language skills in speaking and writing.
- Experience in interacting with end users, verbally and in writing in English language
- Experience in shielding technical detail from users and make things work for them
- Ideally experience in customer service or comparable
- Using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Administration, documentation and reporting
