Key accountabilities:
- Review existing change process
- Create/define framework for change process
- Identify areas of improvements
Knowledge and experience
- Change management and service transition experience in complex IT environments
- Experience with Release Management
- Process management experience
- ITIL Service Management
- Risk Management
- Communicator
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server 2003/8, MS Exchange 2003/8, HP Radia, Windows XP and Windows 7, Citrix, VM Ware, DNS, DHCP and network infrastructure technologies
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
