Role - 181746 Citrix XenDesktop and Microsoft SCCM 3rd line support
Rate - Market Rate Negotiable
Location Germany, Munich
Duration 3 months rolling (Possible 18 Months +)
Senior 3rd line engineers with Citrix XenDesktop and Microsoft SCCM (Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager) needed for a 3 months rolling contract based in Munich Germany.
Role:
- Developing SCCM task sequences for Windows 7 and XenApp 6.5 (Windows Server 2008R2)
- 3rd Level Support for Infrastructure (Citrix XenDesktop and Provisioning Server
- 3rd Level Support for Client configuration
- Creating detailed design documentations
- Working with AppSense Environment and Application Manager
- Support work stream lead in creating and updating slide decks, documentations, timelines
- Work together with international customers and team members
- Taking part in relevant Meetings with Project Management and alignment meetings with other work streams
Key skills:
- knowledge in administration Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Computer and User Accounts
- knowledge with Microsoft Operating System (Windows 2008 R2 RDS and Windows 7, Multilanguage)
- knowledge with Citrix Products (XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 5.6, Provisioning Server)
- knowledge Citrix Access Infrastructure (Netscaler, Secure Gateway, Webinterface and Storefront)
- knowledge with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Task Sequencing)
- knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies
- knowledge in virtualisation technologie (VMWARE ESX/VSPHERE)
- knowledge in Scripting/programming (VBS, Powershell, C#)
- knowledge with Appsense Management Suite
- Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
- Analysis skills for Incident and performance issues
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint,)
