Wir suchen für ein Kundenprojekt ab sofort einen erfahrenen IT Infrastructure Project Manager (m/w) für den Projektstandort Wien.

Purpose of the Job:
Under supervision of the Service Design Manager or a defined Steering Committee for a Project the (external) IT Infrastructure Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing projects at the Red Bull Headquarters, ensuring the defined and agreed scope and budget are met in time and desired quality.
This PM is fully accountable to manage the project, including the project budget, resources staffed to the project and reporting the progress and status on a regular basis. The person has to (at least initially) be present close to full-time in Fuschl, in order to best progress with colleagues and leverage short internal communication ways.
Travel effort will differ from project to project, but is not expected to be significant.

Tasks and Activities:
Project Management:
Ensures to apply the PMI based Red Bull Project Management methodology fully within the project team (project initiation, project planning, project execution and project controlling as well as project closing)
Leverages Red Bull IT roles and in particular the IT Infrastructure teams (service owners as well as Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operation Teams)
Enforces the project team to work in a structured and precise way, ensures to capture resource constraints and demands the sponsor to assist re-solving bottlenecks
Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans
Ensures change requests to scope, time and budget being well prepared for a decision
Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
Reports the project progress and status on a regular basis, raises the hand
immediately to the Service Design Manager or the project?s Steering
Knowledge and Expertise
Committee in case of important issues or problems
Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and
stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Ensures the project team to provide the required level of documentation
Documents the project status to Red Bull internal reporting platforms / tools

Knowledge and Experience:
Proven Project Management expert, actual certification (PMI preferred)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, English as well as German), in
particular in an environment with different roles and IT disciplines (e.g. Technical
Architects, IAM, Portal, Workplace or Service Desk)
Proven experience in managing complex technical projects in the area of network,
voice and mobile services. Cisco certification(s) could be beneficial
Solid technical (network/systems, workplace, voice services, Unified Communication, Dropboxes/Filesharing, Message Systeme (Bsp. Lync), mobile Devices,) and process (ITIL) understanding in order to efficiently drive the project team to project success
Capability to aggregate project matters and situations to the Steering Committee
Efficient decision making
Self-motivated team player, performance and result oriented

Deutsch und Englisch
