End: End of November
Duration: 20 days
Activity level: 3 days per week
Location: Area of Mannheim, no remote
Language: English/German
Project: Unified Helpdesk
Our customer builds a unified help desk. Therefore they are developing an intelligent middle layer that is able to understand the context of a question and can provide specific support for a certain issue the user is facing. Beside the context the middle layer is supposed to provide the contact information to address the issue to and provide a direct link to create a ticket on the right component.
Design and develop the unified help desk from a platform perspective covering the connection to the other systems and the intelligence within the platform that is able to understand the context of an issue and find the best solution sources based on that.
Know-How:
• Very good Java Development skills
• Very good KI knowledge SAP NW Gateway Integration
• Very good algorithm knowledge.
• Very good Corporate Search knowledge
• Very good SAP interface knowledge
• Very good Shared Services Framework knowledge
• Very good Active Information Store knowledge
• Required additional Skills: Software architecture design
