Product Owner (Scrum) / Information Analyst - Start Oktober - Berlin

Projektstart: 01.10.2012
Projektende: 31.12.2012

Product Owners responsibility, influence, and visibility are high. Within the Navigation Engine team, emphasis is placed on developing technical excellence and experience, whilst fostering an environment that encourages enjoyment of work, passion and innovation.

Your main tasks will be:

- Create and maintain the Product Backlog.
- Prioritize and sequence the Backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the elaboration of Epics and Features into User Stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
- Convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint.
- Represent the customer, interface and engage the customer.
- Participate in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Inspect the product progress both during and at the end of every Sprint and have complete authority to accept or reject work done.
- Communicate status externally.

Ihr Profil:

Required
- Excellent business analysis capabilities.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a commercial environment.
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Experience with the Scrum Product Owner role. Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience in Requirements Engineering and Management.
- Capable of working on multiple assignments at the same time, in agile frameworks, or against firmly set deadlines.

Desirable
- Domain knowledge in the areas of routing and guidance.
- Experience working on large product development efforts.
- Experience with Rally and/or JIRA.
- Experience as an engineer, architect, analyst.
