Role: SAP CRM Consultant - Service/Sales.
Duration: 3- 6 months.
Location: Gutersloh, Germany.
SKills & Description:
- CRM 5.0 customized features analysis against SAP CRM 7.0 standard features
- Inventory of all relevant business processes and mapping to relevant technical objects
- Should have experience in using System Appreciation Document (SAD).
- High-Level estimation for upgrade and re-implementation scope
- Interface analysis
- UI change assessment
- SAP CRM version upgrade analysis from 5.0 to 7.0
- Creation of custom objects list under different categories (data elements, tables, report programs, function modules, BADIs etc.)
- Creation of a list of objects that will be impacted
- Verify potential technical optimization areas
- Support the functional design (for core processes) of the options which are chosen for reimplementation or upgrade.
- Support the prototyping of relevant sales template scenarios.
- Create re-implementation scope.
