Tasks
My client is a major bank involved in securities settlement, clearing & custody. They are developing new products and services for the Corporate Action/Income payments System in the context of Stock exchange transactions. They are now seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to help define and write the specifications.
Collecting business requirements;
Creating concepts (BRA/SRA, Business/System Requirement Analysis) together with Operations and IT;
Ensuring Customer and Organizational readiness;
Preparing and Executing business acceptance test.
Essential skills:
Corporate Action and Income Payment processing;
Clearing business;
Experience with SWIFT MT56X;
Knowledge about international standards (SMPG, Giovannini Barriers).
Nice to have skills:
Securities settlement, Stock Exchanges, CASCADE/KADI/EUREX, CSD (Centralised Securities Depositary) services,
Some Business Acceptance Testing (UAT, BAT).
Experience in the clearing and settlement business, preferably with other clearing organisations eg. Clearstream, Euroclear, LCH, Corporate Actions operations of investment banks etc.
Language: English and German.
