JOBS.PL's Client is searching for experienced candidates to work in Germany for the position of:

Country Manager

R ef. no: COUNT/MAN

 

Main responsibilities:

- Creating and managing the Sales Department (monitoring staff performance, creating business plans, monitoring the implementation of the budget),

- Analyzing and providing information about the market,

- Preparing sales plans, including: evaluation of potential customers, sales tactics, development plans for cooperation, expand sales of existing clients, acquiring new customers,

- Execution of sales plans and budgets of the target group (telephone contacts, conducting meetings with clients, providing a high-level of consulting services, building and coordinating the project team for key clients, preparing commercial offers and conducting negotiations),

- Preparing sales materials, cooperation with Marketing Department in the creation of marketing tools,

- Preparation of reports and analysis of sales in accordance with the guidelines of the Director of Sales and Marketing,

- Coordination of the sales process and after sales activities.

  Requirements:

- Higher educations: preferably with the following degree: Economic, Management, Marketing, Sales,

- Min. 5 years of experience in selling products / services , 

- Min. 2 years in B2B in sales in a similar position in the advertising or printing industry,

- Experience in project management,

- Fluent English and German (the ideal candidate would be a German citizen or a Polish citizen with extensive business experience in Germany),

- Fluent Polish is an advantage, because the company headquarters is in Poland,  - Ability to negotiate with key customers,

- Ability to work under time pressure,

- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to build relationships with customers,

- Knowledge of trade marketing,

- Knowledge of CCS methodology is an advantage.
