The major point that we need to get help from third parties, because choosing between classic production master data e.g. BOM, Work Center and Routing and advanced master data like Integrated product and process engineering (iPPE) is our major decision point.We already implemented some automotive-specific scenarios e.g.
multi-level goods receipt in our prior project, but we would like to use the other automotive best practices like model-mix planning and sequencing, rapid planning matrix(RPM), two-step production backflush(DI), material ledger for actual costing, Supply to Line processes e.g. automatic KANBAN and JIT/JIS calls/scheduling agreements in current project. We need some help in designing this scenarios based on SAP best practices In summary, our major requirements can be partitioned to following areas
A) PP: Production master data design (ippe)
B) PP: Automotive production planning and execution scenarios (model-mix planning/sequencing, RPM, production backflush(DI) )
C) PP/MM: Automotive material management and production supply processes (JIT/JIS, supply-to-line, automatic KANBAN)
D) Finally, Check and review the Solution and architecture design
