Task:
Management of project to review IT software contracts to assist in the mapping of the software deployed to executed contracts.
? Review all relevant 3rd party IT software contracts; identify the software products covered and disaster recovery requirements.
? Map the list of contracted software to inventory of software deployed by Client by utilizing existing process and tool.
? Feed collected software entitlement data in required format into TAMIT.
? Assist in developing a process capturing purchased/procured software entitlement data in order to feed data in required format into TAMIT.
? Identify discrepancies and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
? Process formal IT contract amendments.
? Communicate status of project with internal stakeholders and functions.
? File all relevant information according to standards and requirements.
? Maintain inventories, databases and spreadsheets.
? Provide and process periodically status reports and issues logs.
? Other similar tasks typically to an IT Procurement function in contracts-review projects;
? All administrative, organizational, etc. tasks performed on-time, precise and in high-quality.

Requirements (Must have):
- Fluent English; need to be able to communicate, and to understand
English IT contracts
- Ideal would be very good knowledge/skills in IT legal aspects
- Experienced in negotiating and managing IT contracts
- Good understanding of IT environment
- Precise and reliable in all administrative and organizational tasks
