My client in Heidelberg, Germany is looking for an SAP ABAP HR Technical Analyst/Developer.
Required Knowledge:
* SAP ABAP Development (Expert)
* SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development (Advanced)
* SAP ABAP Web Dynpro Development (Proficient)
* SAP ABAP HR (Expert)
* SAP ABAP HR, Programming in PA, PY, OM (Expert)
* Functional knowledge of SAP HCM PY (Advanced)
* Functional knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM (Proficient)
* Ability to put functional requirements into technical designs to translate for a product that will be delivered for various storage configurations/SAP release levels and UI languages
* Coaching/coordination skills to work with less experienced developers.
Description
The client is looking for an experienced SAP HCM/ABAP HR software architect for software product development. The role includes architecture, design, implementation, review and 3rd level support for extensions to an existing SAP HCM software add-on that they ship to customers in Germany and worldwide.
Detailed Job Description:
The position comprises:
* Preparation of technical requirements (eg, refactoring, update to new SAP releases, etc.)
* Preparation of designs for given functional and technical requirements
* Expansion of an existing software architecture (if necessary based on the needs)
* Review of detailed designs
* Preparation and assessment of work packages for the development
* Code reviews for less experienced colleagues
* Sharing best practices with the development teams of other products
* Design/Implementation/unit testing as part of the agile software process
* Definition of test cases for newly developed software
Candidates should be fluent in German and English.
Start: 3rd September (can wait for candidates with 1 month notice periods). 12 Month Contract. Location: Heidelberg, Germany.
