Strong and in depth business, technical and functional implementation knowledge.
Strong analytical ability needed to translate business needs into technical HR SAP requirements and providing good process solutions.
Strong configuration skills.
Good communication.
HR/HCM process knowledge.
Excellent consulting and presentation skills.
Excellent skills in areas of performing workshops.
Very good English skills mandatory.
Team player.
Technology: Hands-on development and configuration of SAP in various areas including OTC, HR/HCM, Basis, ABAP.
Geographical scope: Germany
20-30% travel
