K2 Partnering is currently looking for one of his clients for a CRM Loyalty Program Manager.
Skills:
Project/Program Manager, Loyalty, Engagement
-Experience running major IT Projects or Programs building out Loyalty/Engagement Programs (preferably for a retail company and in a cross-channel environment)-Ability to drive things independently & proactively;
-Lead, inspire and challenge a varied stakeholder group; very strong communication skills
-Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions and prioritize quick action plans; works well under pressure;
-Experience building/guiding the creation of solid architecture and combination of IT solution technologies.
-Ability to lead team through a vendor selection process and major platform build-out.
-Ideally with experience in Agile/SCRUM project methodology
-3-5 years experience as a Senior Project Manager for Loyalty/Engagement projects
-7+ years experience leading large IT Projects or Programs in IT consulting or industry (with an excellent track record).
