Manage Operational End – to-End Service Transition Projects for Global Application Collaboration Services for Vodafone Operating Companies and, Group Functions, with agreed timelines and in the most efficient and customer friendly manner.Key Accountabilities:
Service Transition planning and control
Service Transition management
Operational readiness and transition to live
Service and Support enablement
Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and Maintain a fruitful co-operation with interfaces inside and outside of Global Applications
Strong IT/ Application Management background and experience in managing and developing an IT function, if possible with university degree in Information Technology.
Strong project management skills (> 3 years of experience)
> 3 years of experience in IT service provisioning (preference in the telecommunication industry)
Broad experience and knowledge of mobile internet, communication, protocols, infrastructure, applications, services and integrations.
Deep understanding of operational procedures and process standards (e.g. ITIL)
Well developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics
Experience in conducting contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
Fluent English
Ability to work in an international environment and team
Ability to accomplish goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
Good planning/decision making skills
Strong team player skills, looks for win/win
