We need for a client project a Network Services Lead m/f with the following skills:

Act as single point of contact (SPOC) with customer and third party network vendors for MNS by resolving the issues and be an escalation point on technologies in scope
Ensure the deliverables are meeting the committed SLAs
Onsite /Offshore MNS resource coordination for 24X7 support
Monitor and review the Support processes
Review the customer feedback and take corrective action
Facilitate project support for both existing and future projects in scope
Establish and manage policies, procedures and best practices for delivering manage network services
Monitors trouble ticket trends and other information relevant to resolving the issue

Profile:
- Perform problem analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements for Data Network, Voice Network, Conferencing and security infrastructure
- Perform gap analysis and implements steps for improving service quality
- Extend consulting and design
- Monitor and manage SLA’s and service quality
- Conduct internal audits to check the compliance of the team.
- Networking experience and extensive knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, Frame Relay, and VLANs) are required. Service Delivery, Router Management and configuration knowledge/experience.
- Candidates must have experience in security related fields (firewalls, IDP, VPN, network access control), extensive experience in the design, configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), experience with Cisco PIX, Cisco, Juniper VPN Concentrators, RADIUS and knowledge of authentication into an Active Directory Environment, Cisco AP configuration (Aironet 12000 series, etc.) and Wireless Access Security: WEP, Rotating WEP, LEAP, PEAP, and wireless area networks.
- Knowledge on Load balancers (Cisco, F5) and WAN accelerators (Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed)
- Knowledge on Audio Video conferencing (Cisco) and Cisco unified communication solutions (Call Managers, , VOIP, Contact Center, IP Telephony)
- Generate periodic reports with the help of the onsite and offshore team and validate the reports
- Troubleshooting the problems reported on the network devices and providing Root cause analysis
- Provide active involvement in Meeting related to network change and install
- Contribute to internal knowledge management system
Skills:
Primary Skills
a. Expert knowledge on Networking and inter related components
b. Knowledge and experience on Data Network (LAN, WAN), Security and Voice Over IP infrastructure setup implementation and management
c. Design and architecting skills - Efficient designing and planning of new technologies and driving the implementation.
d. Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies
e. Knowledge on network security components, load balancers and firewalls
f. Good knowledge on ITIL processes, process flows + definitions
g. Experience in managing international customers and large resource base in onshore and offshore
h. Good problem analysis, Negotiation, Communication and presentation skills

b. Skills on Template creation , presentation and documentation
c. Skills on Network management tools implementation
d. knowledge on Project management for assisting all Infrastructure Projects
Certifications:

1. CCNP Certification + Minimum 2 Years Experience
