Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
Excellent Softskill, Communications skills(Voice + Email) to handle global customers
Strong keyboard skills
Ability to perform in adverse situations
Skills:
1. A+ certification
2. Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling UAM, PWD resets and Outlook environment
3. Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
4. Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
5. Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
6. Exposure to password reset tools
7. Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
