Tätigkeit:Für einen unserer Kunden aus der Luftfahrtbranche im Rhein-Main-Gebiet suchen wir einen Co-Projektleiter (w/m) für den Zeitraum , Leistung zu 50% Vollzeit. Ziel des Projektes ist die Umstellung der bestehenden Papier- und virtuellen Ticketing - Dokumente auf das Industrie Standard Dokument EMD zur Erfüllung der IATA Vorgabe sowie die Einführung der Industrie Standard Lösungen für Optional Service Fees (Ancillary Services). Die Projektsprache ist sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Die folgenden Projektdetails bzw. geforderten Kenntnisse sind jeweils zwingend erforderlich! TASKS/ROLES: Support Project Manager in all project management tasks, Act as substitute for Project Manager as required, PMO lead, Management of scope, change requests, project plan, status report, Management of action items and risks (Tracking of risks and action items, Administration of the related processes, Communication and follow-up of action items), Preparation and attend Steering and Review Board meetings. Optional: Manage finance and financial status reporting, Manage Quality (Development of a quality plan, Review and identification of approval needs in accordance to the established processes). COMPETENCIES: Excellent experience in project management and PMO Processes, Excellent experience as Project Manager in major IT projects, Independent and structured method of work, Analytical, conceptual and creative thinking, Moderator Skills for problem solving processes, Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), Fluent in English (written and spoken). EXPERIENCE SKILLS: > 6 years, Excellent project management and PMO experience for IT projects, Excellent communication and relationship building skills, Conflict solving skills, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
