Technical skills:
Should have minimum of 5 to 7 years hands on experience in SAP OTC
Should have strong ABAP debugging skills
Additional skills
Should have at least 3 years of Production Support experience with defined KPI's
Should have good problem solving skills
Should have experience in adhering to aggressive KPIs
Experience working in onsite-offshore model is highly preferred (preferably offshore based out of India)
Ability to handle pressure and remain customer focused
Mentor and coach team of 4 to 5 team members
Should be willing to work in Ludwigshafen, Germany
Language skills:
Business fluent in English & German.
