Support Project Manager in all project management tasks and act as substitute for Project Manager as required - PMO lead +++ Management of scope, change requests, project plan, status report +++ Management of action items and risks: â?¢Tracking of risks and action items â?¢Administration of the related processes â?¢Communication and follow-up of action items +++ Manage finance and financial status reporting +++ Manage Quality: â?¢Development of a quality plan â?¢Review and identification of approval needs in accordance to the established processes +++ Preparation and attend Steering and Review Board meetings

Erforderlich:
Excellent project management and PMO experience for IT projects +++ Excellent communication and relationship building skills +++ Conflict solving skills +++ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products +++ Fluent English

Wünschenswert:
Knowledge of LH Passage IT and business organization
