A Local German technical project manager is needed to manage the implementation of a new inbound call Centre in Germany,
South of Berlin. This is a new build within a third party building.
Contact centre build out is 80 seats at Go Live in mid October, growing to potentially 420 over 2-3 years connecting.
Key requirement is desk top implementation and support. Sky will provide comms up to the building
Role includes ordering of all kit and potential use of existing suppliers
The complexity will be managing local supply chain and local relationships as well as the ability to ensure design specification is
followed by all parties.
Local German speaking with knowledge of German telecoms market and ability to also communicate in English both verbal and
written. Call centre experience required, hopefully with a large organisation.
IP Networking and VOIP. Cisco knowledge a distinct advantage. Good communicator with ability to work between different
supplier and customer demands .
