<p>Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who can play the role Quality Responsible.</p><p>The Quality Responsible role is the quality process owner/advisor for all ongoing activities that serves to provide solutions and ensure appropriate completion of projects and operational activities as defined by the organization?s quality system:</p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge and Skills required and not limited to:</li>
<li>Quality Management</li>
<li>Project Management / PMO related</li>
<li>Risk Assessment</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Areospace Domain</li>
<li>Fluency in French or other European languages and English</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>IT : 4 ? 10 Years (post education) </li>
<li>Including 2 ? 4 Years in Quality / PMO</li>
<li>Experience in Quality Methods and Tools such as HPQC, Reqtify, DMS, PRISM, 8D, etc would be an
added advantage</li>
</ul>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare project QA plan/schedule for the project along with the Project Manager (PM)</li>
<li>Able to explain quality concepts and support project managers in implementing quality activities for
the project</li>
<li>Conduct Milestone Review and Quality Reviews</li>
<li>Monitor process compliance on an ongoing basis</li>
<li>Plan/conduct internal as well as external audits/assessments</li>
<li>Perform non-conformance analysis</li>
<li>Resolve escalations related to process non-compliance</li>
<li>Facilitate metrics implementation and analysis Facilitate defect prevention/ causal analysis</li>
<li>Identify best practices, lessons learnt in projects</li>
<li>Establish processes (e.g. based on CMMI / ISO 9001 / Automotive SPICE / ITIL /ISO 20000)</li>
<li>Provide training in relevant areas</li>
<li>Establish service level agreements, metrics and KPI for projects and operational activities etc</li>
<li>Improve change, release and configuration processes etc</li>
<li>Monitor and control quality of project deliverables using tools like HPQC, Reqtify etc</li>
</ul>
<p>Education:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree </li>
<li>Relevant Quality Certifications (Six Sigma, CSQA, CMMI, ITIL Foundation, etc) </li>
</ul>
