Fixed Term Contract
Role: Sales Executive (Bi Lingual)
Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

Salary up to Euros Must speak German and English

My client is keen to expand the team over in Dusseldorf/Southern Germany area.

The role will be as below:

  • Develop and maintain a business plan for the German territory including sales projections, costs, timescales, activity, and support required from HQ and assumptions.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets and maintain costs in line with the business plan.
  • Grow sales with existing installer accounts through sales and technical support, on site visits, training and seminars.
  • Identify and target business opportunities with new installer accounts to grow revenue in line with business plan.
  • Manage and develop relationships at all levels within existing distributor accounts.
  • Identify, target and establish relationships with new distributor accounts in the business plan.
  • Grow revenue across all distributor accounts.
  • Provide sales training for distributors and installers.
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions and competitor activity.
  • Identify new market trends and product opportunities and communicate to HQ.
  • Work with company marketing to create marketing collateral for the German market as necessary.
  • Provide product support including telephone, email and site visits where appropriate.
  • Provide technical for distributors and installers.
  • Propose any product enhancements, changes and updates required to meet objectives in the business plan.
  • Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
  • Provide a monthly report on account activities.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Compile and analyse sales figures and keep the company Extranet sales projection system up to date.
  • Submit meeting reports after meetings with installers and distributors.

You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director who is based in the UK and you will be expected to travel to the UK 4 - 6 times per year.

We are looking for someone with extensive sales experience and a proven track record.

You will be paid a fee of Euros euros per annum (paid monthly)

Euros 720.00 euros per month for a car allowance.

You will be on a service agreement

You will receive 15% of annual growth in your area - commission paid yearly.
