Proteus Europe operating as an employment business, is currently seeking a Project Manager.
External support for the conceptual development of the IT service processes
In essence, the following services must be provided:
- Expansion of Conceptual Data Models of IT Service Management for infrastructural changes in IT.
- Creation and customization of technical concepts for IT service processes.
- Modelling of event-process chains
- Identification of interfaces between the existing IT service processes.
- Creation of comprehensive process descriptions
- Networking of existing IT service processes
- Design of interfaces between new and existing IT service processes
- Support for the integration of new customers in the IT service processes
- Identification of key performance indicators (KPI) to extend the existing reporting
- Preparation and implementation of training
- Preparation of specifications, which serve as the basis for the technical realization.
Technical capacity:
Prove the availability and qualifications for the following professional profile, including a presentation about possibly beyond (technical) skills.
- Many years of practical experience regarding the implementation of IT service processes, which were acquired in similar tasks.
- Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly in the areas of host, storage, C/S and network, knowledge of application development and IT operations.
- In-depth knowledge of methods of system development, particularly for data and process modelling (entity-relationship modelling, event-process chains), functional models, system and interface design, testing and acceptance of complex IT systems, proof of certification on the qualifications of methods of modelling.
- Sound knowledge in the service level management (SLM) and the conclusion of service level agreements (SLAs).

- Competent and targeted support, which is characterized by commitment and ability to work independently in a team, excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills and sensitivity in dealing with change processes in organizations; poise and persuasion.
- Presentation, facilitation and training necessary technical topics.
- Strong analytical and mathematical thinking.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of project management and organizational development.
