Senior interim Program manager/controlling payroll and personnal administration system to ADP, SAP, Integration, Project management
I am currently looking for a very senior Program manager to work for a global market leader,
My client is in the process of outsourcing its payroll and personnal administration system to ADP in 18 countries following a global approach. My client is searching for an interim replacement of the Global Program Manager.
The Program Manager needs to have 10+ years experience in system integration and implementation in a large, complex, global companies. Specific experience of multi country payroll implementations is a benefit.
The Program Manager needs to have strong Project Management competency, preferably shown in international mandate, as well as strong change management & communication skills.
Fluent English language capabilities are a must, bi-lingual in another European Language would be a plus.
In this function the global program manager reports to the Vice President Global Human Resources.
