Our client is currently looking for an IT Support (m/f) for a long-term project in Nuremberg.Project Description:
• Hardware / software and possibly network technology support
• Organisation of repairs in cooperation with the respective service providers
• Supportive administration and maintenance of the local infrastructure and patching of the LAN
• Maintenance of the standardised infrastructure
Qualifications:
• A minimum of two years experience in the area of first and second level support (hardware and software)
• Good knowledge of Linux and knowledge of Windows
• Fluent English and German
• Self-confident appearance
• Experience of Novell applications such as GroupWise, GWIM, iFolder, iPrint and NetWare Client desirable
