Requirements (Must have):
- Process design knowledge
- Call center technology basic knowledge (PBX, CTI, IVR, Recording, CRM)
- Remedy or another incident management tool
- Experience in any of the following contact center tools Special interest in the call flow: Avaya, Genesys and/or Alcatel
- Experience in IVR and/or any other recording system
- DB Management knowledge
- Advanced use of Office with special attention to excel and Access.
- Very good knowledge of English and German.
Nice to have:
- Spanish would be a plus.
